Mindful Mornings

Students Staff and Faculty

Mindfulness classes every Friday morning from Sept. 17 to Dec. 17.

Everyone faces stressors - at home, work, and in relationships. Most of the time, an appropriate amount of stress can fuel us to move forward, take risks, and face challenges. However, when we experience too much stress, we lose our ability to thrive and our physical, relational and mental well-being are affected.

Mindfulness is a tool you can learn to build resiliency and to manage stress in your daily life. People are currently dealing with unprecedented change in their daily lives as well as heightened levels of isolation and social anxiety.  Start and end your week with drop-in guided mindfulness practices and information on Monday and Friday mornings. Both sessions are drop-in and offered online so you can attend when you are able. If you are new to mindfulness then consider joining us for a shorter practice on Monday mornings; an extended practice on Friday mornings will be offered for people with an existing practice or some familiarity of mindfulness.
